In August 2020, after a few months without being able to travel, we followed-up all the Caribbean tourism reopening. The first destination we visited was Cancun, we visited most of the hotels that celebrate weddings and got the wonderful news that it was already possible to celebrate weddings there, that’s awesome! From that news, we already get excited and started the organization for the weddings reopening still in 2020.
In September, we organized Famtour - a trip with professionals of the wedding market and influencers - to get a closer follow-up of all protocols needed and to explain the protocols to everyone who come with us. After the reopening start, in October we had our first marriage in Cancun!?
Then, the answer for the question of one million dollars is YES, it is already possible to get married in the Caribbean!!

The First Wedding After the Reopening - 2020
In October we celebrated a wedding at the hotel?Hyatt Ziva?of the couple Bruna and Fábio. Bride and groom lived 5 amazing days with their guests in the blue sea to take your breath away. For being the first wedding after the reopening of the activities, it was deeply moving and special, both for us who closely followed-up all journey of this couple, and for them, who finally made their dream to get married in the Caribbean still in 2020 come true.
Right after that, in November we celebrated a few more weddings in Cancun and one wedding in Punta Cana, the first one after the border opening for Brazilians, a great happiness!?
In Cancun we celebrated the wedding at the hotel Dreams Sands?of the couple Marcela and Paulo, which counted on about 50 people, who were very excited and glad to end the year in the best way. The wedding ceremony of Marcela and Paulo was full of love and smiles, we moved deeply!?
And we celebrated the wedding at the hotel Dreams Dominicus?in Punta Cana of the couple Jennifer and Carlos, what a move to live such special moment still in 2020, it was all about fun and love. Bride and groom received about 40 close friends and family members to live the experience of Destination Wedding.
And more couples said yes in the Caribbean. Helena and Pedro, who celebrated the Destination at the hotel?Sandos Playacar, in Riviera Maya. Thais and Rafael, who celebrated at the hotel?Dreams Vista?in Cancun, Viviana and César at the hotel?Hyatt Ziva,?and Karen and Duarte at the hotel Now Emerald, also in Cancun.?
The days lived by each group of guests at the hotels were also very excited. All hotels are completely ready for the activities reopening and to receive groups of small or big weddings, groups of 10 or 50 people, respecting all safety protocols.?
